How do I register?

1. Sign up any time.
2. Once you have completed your purchase, you will be sent through to a registration page to create your personal account on the course platform.
3. A welcome email will provide you with everything you need to access and make the best of the course (make sure you check your junk or spam folder in case my welcome has landed there!) 

What happens next?

On the day you register, you will receive the first email (don’t forget to check your spam folder!)
Then every day for the next 7 days you will receive one email informing you that the lesson for the day has been unlocked, giving you access to your daily bitesize audio guide to listen to and an editable and downloadable worksheet with interesting, fun and intriguing reflections.

What if I miss a day?

The course is self-paced, so you can login to the platform and resume the course where you left it over the next 12 months following your sign up. 
You may choose to select one theme and focus on it for an entire week or month at a time.
 
 

Will I have time for this?

The course is designed to fit in and around your life.
 Each day an email will let you know that you can access your short (less than 5 min audio) . Why not listen to it with your morning cuppa or during your lunch break.  
You will also have an optional worksheet to complete and you will get the most out of the course if you invest a few minutes each day to think about and put in practice the suggested activities.
