Circle: Where Your Story Matters

Circles take many shapes and forms. Some gather early in the morning to set the day, others meet by candlelight. They happen in living rooms, on beaches, in forest clearings, town halls, wherever there’s space to sit and be human for a while. Online circles create equally meaningful connections. The digital space dissolves as voices and stories weave together across distances.

What the circles share is the intention to create room for human connection, slowing down a little, holding a space where voices can be heard (even the quiet ones).

A circle might include movement, writing, quiet breathing or simply sitting together in stillness. There is no set script, and each one is a unique experience.

My personal focus is on change. The physical, emotional or social shifts that don’t come with a manual. In a Circle of Change we meet these changes gently — without judgement, without fixing.

Circles are not a new idea, long before therapy became mainstream or “self-care” became a hashtag, women gathered in community. They shared their stories and made sense of things together. They remembered they weren’t alone.

What can a circle do for us?

Resilience through Connection - Regular gatherings build a network of support that strengthens our ability to navigate change with grace. The circle becomes an anchor during uncertain times.

Presence & Attention - In a circle, we pause, notice, come back to ourselves. We speak freely and listen deeply. We might sit in silence, not the awkward kind but the spacious one.

Reclaiming our Rhythm - Circles offer consistent touchpoints for reconnecting with our body and ourselves, helping us explore those perhaps unwanted changing patterns and learn to honour what is unfolding.

Each gathering sends quiet ripples that extend far beyond the circle itself, into the rest of life, touching families, communities and the wider world.

What would happen if we made Circle gathering part of everyday life again?

One circle, one connection, one moment of authentic presence at a time dare to be the change you want to see in your organisation, family, community and life!

Thank you Michelle. It is not easy to find words to give a feel for the experience that circles give. Each one is unique and co-created by the participants.
