Join me for this 7 days exploration of the relationship you cultivate with your mobile phone (I make the double assumption here that you are a ‘mobile’ and ‘smart’ phone user).
In a light, thought provoking and refreshing way, you will be taken on a 7 steps journey to observe, evaluate and reflect upon the place your device currently has in your life. From this point of awareness I invite you to experiment making small sustainable changes in the way you use your device and be open and curious to the impact it might have on your productivity, wellbeing and relationships.
Each day you will be able to download and print a transcript. Compiled together at the end of the course, they will produce a nice addition to the workbook for you to refer to. You can use it to take notes, refresh your memory on the different exercises, deepen your reflection and evaluate any change of habit you might experience during the next 7 days and beyond.
