Intensification and reliance on all things digital can create overwhelm and blur the boundaries between where the work day or week ends and the evening or weekend starts. 

We might have the best intentions to change our habits but sometimes there is so much going on that it can be difficult to see the forest from the trees! If you would like to make some changes in the way you use your technology but you are not too sure where to start and which action to take, then get in touch and let’s see if together we can find the path that will suit you.
